MPED LTD provides PatientHub as a UK patient portal. This document sets out the terms for using the service and the core privacy information for UK users.

Purposes and methods of data processing:

Personal data is collected through the website at:https://patienthub.mped.co.uk/

  • responding to enquiries submitted through contact channels;
  • supporting private appointment booking and patient communications;
  • maintaining account security and portal operation;
  • analysing site performance and improving services where the user consents.

Legal basis for processing:

Personal data is processed under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, including for service delivery, enquiry handling, legal compliance and MPED LTD legitimate interests.

Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected and for any period required by law.

  • account data is retained while the account is active and for any required period after closure;
  • appointment data may be retained in line with obligations applicable to healthcare services;
